We visit, when possible, the prospective resident and do a head to toe assessment to ensure that we will be able to provide the necessary care at the location of the home that family is interested in. There are times when a different home may be a better fit for that person, so that we can provide the necessary care needs. Filling all of our beds is not as important as being able to provide the needed care our residents require, so over the years when we have had residents with high level of care needs, we have had only four or five residents in that home.
We put our residents health first by routinely supervising that all medications are given by trained caregiver personnel, and/or about each home, i.e: each home is set in a lovely neighborhood, private and semi private rooms available to be decorated with your loved ones memorabilia or treasured possessions.
