At Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living, you don’t have to leave your home behind, just your worries. Our goal is to provide an environment that is just like home, safe, secure and staffed 24 hours a day with well-trained, kind, patient Super Caregivers delivering WOW experiences to our resident.
We realize the importance of caring for your loved one in our assisted living community. Our goal is to provide the best care and service to all of our residents as if they are our own parents. In order to provide what we call “WOW” Care and service we take the time to hire and train the best “Super Caregivers”.We call our employees “Super Caregivers” because they are the most caring and compassionate people in the world.
We understand the importance of quality care for our residents. That is why we employ a Super Registered Nurse full time* at our community. Our Super RN is responsible to make sure your loved ones medications are correct and administered according to the doctor’s orders. Our Super RN oversees the care and well being of each of our residents and communicates to our families on a regular basis. You will see our Super Nurses in our communities engaged with our residents, staff and family members.
