Laurel Groves Assisted Living Center is a quaint assisted living community in Nephi, Utah. It is within dynamic Juab County which is part of the Beehive State.
Laurel Groves is a beautiful new facility. Each room has a private kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom and walk-in shower (to ensure step-in and step-out convenience, as well as to enable easy wheelchair access). Our staff provides care for personal housekeeping, cleaning, and laundering of linens and individual clothing.
Our dining room is large and comfortable. The common area is spacious, attractive, and relaxing, with cable T.V. available to all residents. The common area is designed for families to come and gather with residents and visit. In addition, we offer a private fining room for families to come and dine with their loved one in privacy.
We are a Type 2 assisted living center, offering personal assistance to each resident for all activities of daily living (ADL). At Laurel Groves, we understand that each resident is unique, with individual needs and concerns. Some residents needs more concentrated assistance, some need less—but whatever the need, our 24/7 trained staff is glad meet the needs of each resident at Laurel Groves.
Each resident at Laurel Groves is provided with a personal service plan. We know each resident individually, and we have a custom-made service plan to meet his or her individual needs (medications, diet, mobility and exercise).
The State of Utah has licensed Laurel Groves as a Type II assisted living center and is Juab County’s only licensed Type II facility. As a Type II assisted living center, Laurel Groves has the expertise and environment to care for your loved one ‘s basic or more challenging needs.
Laurel Groves will feature a comfortable dementia/memory care unit. Our soon to be licensed memory care unit has a separate 24/7 trained staff and a limit of only seven memory care residents. Laurel Groves’ 7:1 resident to staff ratio ensures that your loved one will be well cared for and loved.
Laurel Groves’ traditional assisted living features 22 separate residential studios making it large enough for an enjoyable, diverse, community, but small enough to enjoy the intimacy of a small group setting and individualized attention.
Each non-memory studio includes a kitchenette, private bath and shower, high-speed Internet access, large picture windows, individually controlled heat and cooling system and a dining room set.
All resident plans include three meals a day, unlimited between meal snakes, laundry service, housekeeping service, and assistance with daily needs.
We offer well-balanced, nutritional meals three times daily, as well as snacks. Our planned activity calendar provides for physical, social, and spiritual needs. Our activities coordinator plans community activities and events that keep our residents involved, active, and social.
Our hallways and doorways are wide and ADA compliant, so as to conveniently suit easy entrance and exit and wheelchair mobility.
