Covington Senior Living in Orem opened in September 2017. Our Lehi location opened in August 2018. The spacious lobbies welcome everyone who walks through the door with comfortable sitting areas and an inviting fireplace. Our communities are purpose-built with seniors in mind to include handrails in each hallway, call buttons in each apartment to summon staff, and open floor plans to accommodate for wheelchairs and walkers.

A variety of floor plans are available for your desired lifestyle. These plans are designed to promote warm Independent and Assisted Living apartments that will help you feel right at home. The recent construction of this building showcases modern design and a warm atmosphere.

Covington Senior living is designed to provide a wide variety of services that celebrate individuality, support healthy living, and promote the independence and safety of our residents.

Covington Senior Living offers exceptional senior living in two beautiful and convenient Utah county locations – Orem and Lehi. In both communities, our goal is to embrace each resident and enhance their lifestyle. Farmington location is coming soon.

We know it is all about the people that make our community here at Covington special. They are the ones that make all of the difference. Our team works hard continually to ensure that we provide the best service and care for the benefit, well-being, and joy of our seniors.

Three floor plan choices are offered to suit your personal preference. We have studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments for Independent and Assisted Living residents. They each have a kitchenette with wood cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, beautiful counters and a small sink. Double doors welcome you to your bedroom and a spacious bathroom makes for easy access to your walk-in shower. The bathrooms have storage space, grab bars for safety, and an emergency call button near the toilet.

Our beautiful Memory Care suites feature interior Dutch Doors and bathroom space with an emergency call button and grab bars. These apartments do not feature kitchenettes in the interest of resident safety; however, Memory Care has its own dining room for mealtimes.

Assisted Living services include caring help with activities of daily living. These services include shower assistance, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, medication management, laundry services, room trays, escorts and more. We have a full-time registered nurse at Covington who meets with you and together you’ll create a customized, detailed care plan. Naturally as needs change, we’ll change the care plan, together. Our staff provide encouragement, care and support, with exceptional standards of dignity.

When it comes to assistance with daily living tasks, we enable you to do as much as possible while providing assistive care. This outlook on care has shown in numerous studies to ensure a purpose-driven life with dignity, respect, and happiness for everyone in our community.
