Shower Assistance
3 times weekly and as needed
Dressing/Personal Hygiene Assistance
Daily assistance with dressing, washing face, combing hair, shaving and brushing teeth in the morning and night
Medication Management
Medications will be administered as needed according to resident’s physician orders
3 Nutritionally Dietician Approved meals plus snacks
Residents will be encouraged to come out to the Dining area for meals. Resident will be taken sick trays in their apartment as requested
Restroom Assistance
Residents will be assisted to the restroom every 2 hours and in between as needed
Personal Laundry & Linen Service
Personal laundry will be washed and returned twice a week and linens will be changed and Washed once a week or as needed
Escort Assistance
Reminders and assistance getting to And from all daily meals and activities
