Welcome to BeeHive Homes of West Jordan, Utah, assisted living. We are excited about the opportunity to introduce you to the BeeHive Homes of West Jordan and our assisted living care options.
The BeeHive Homes of West Jordan offers a variety of assisted living care services. We have four assisted living homes that offer Assisted Living Type-1, Assisted Living Type-2, as well as Secured Memory Care services.
Our Sunflower and Buttercup homes are dedicated to the care of 11 elderly residents qualified for a AL Type-1 environment. Our Honeysuckle home is dedicated to the care of 16 elderly residents qualified for a AL Type-2 environment; and our Primrose home is dedicated to the care of 16 elderly residents qualified for AL Type-2 care who also need the added attention and peace of mind of an active memory care program within a secure facility. Our attentive staff meets the needs of each resident on a very caring and personal level. A clean and comfortable living environment along with wonderful friends help each resident become a part of our family. We have gone out of our way to make sure that each of our homes truly is a home away from home.
Assisted Living Type-1
Type-1 residents are able to transfer or move around themselves with little or no assistance from staff but do require a safe environment and assistance with a couple of the activities of daily living. These residents enjoy the following:
- Private individual bedroom or married couple bedroom with a half bath and phone jack
- Hookup to basic Comcast cable TV
- Bedroom furnished with a twin bed and five-drawer dresser, or bring your own furnishings if preferred
- Assistance with medication administration under direction of RN
- Medication monitoring and charting
- Three home-cooked, dietitian-approved meals daily and snacks when requested
- Assistance with two activities of daily living
- Daily housekeeping services
- Weekly laundry services
- Individual and group activities
- Peace of mind, comfort, and freedom
Assisted Living Type-2
Type-2 residents usually need frequent help with transferring and/or require assistance with most activities of daily living. Appropriate residents needing hospice services are welcome. These residents will have:
- Private individual bedroom or married couple bedroom with a half bath or three-quarter bath and phone jack
- Hookup to basic Comcast cable TV
- Bedroom furnished with a twin bed and five-drawer dresser, or bring your own furnishings if preferred
- Assistance with medication administration under direction of RN
- Medication monitoring and charting
- Three home-cooked, dietitian-approved meals daily and snacks when requested
- Assistance with all activities of daily living
- Daily housekeeping services
- Weekly laundry services
- Individual and group activities
- Peace of mind, comfort, and freedom
Secured Memory Care
Memory care residents qualify for assisted living and also require the added safety of a secure facility with additional CNAs to guide and direct their activities. Appropriate residents needing hospice services are welcome. These residents have the following:
- Secured facility that can only be exited by entering a keypad code
- Private bedroom or shared bedroom with a half bath or three-quarter bath and phone jack
- Hookup to basic Comcast cable TV
- Bedroom furnished with a twin bed and five-drawer dresser, or bring your own furnishings if preferred
- Assistance with medication administration under direction of RN
- Three home-cooked, dietitian-approved meals daily and snacks when requested
- Assistance with all activities of daily living
- Daily housekeeping services
- Weekly laundry services
- Individual and group activities specifically designed for residents with dementia-related illnesses
- Peace of mind, comfort, and security
