Fortier's Community Care Home is situated atop 16 acres of land in Barre, Vermont. We have breathtaking views of the city and the mountains.
In the fall, the foliage is magnificent; the snow covered mountains are astounding in the winter; and in the summer, the lush and green landscape is as peaceful as can be. Wildlife abounds the property and is a sight to behold.
