The mission of The Legacy of Bothell as an assisted living facility is to provide high-quality services to our residents. We are committed to enriching their quality of life as unique individuals, focusing on their abilities rather than disabilities, while responding to their changing needs. We are committed to employing staff who are compassionate and trained to understand our residents aging issues while providing them on-going staff training to build expertise. We are committed to listening and ensuring peace of mind for families.
The primary opportunity to serve the physical needs of our Residents falls into a classification of ADLs or Activities of Daily Living. Our program generates an individually tailored service plan that supports each Resident’s ability to perform one or a combination of the following ADLs:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Medication management
We enrich Resident’s quality of life by offering an array of activities and programs such as music therapy, daily walks, bingo and card games and circuit training strengthening exercises. We also provide daily hair salon treatment, podiatry care by licensed staff. An in-home physician visits monthly and is kept updated with ongoing communication from the Administrator/ licensed RN.
