one of the things i looked at which struck us immediately both my wife and myself was the attitude of the people not only the people who work here and provide services but also the staff and the residents they all provide an attitude of hate we're willing to have service here make it make it an enjoyable place to live so that's the key thing just attitude one of my closest friends came over we did a little bit hiking we sat out on the balcony having lunch on a nice hot day and he looked at the view and said to himself he must have said to himself because he went back and talked to his wife and said everything I've seen so far in terms of the service and the attitude and the view it was just fantastic so they have now joined as a passport member well after living in this house for 30 years I'm happy that I don't have to get up and worry about the yard cleaning the gutters on the roof and doing all the rest of those things that occupy you in a house so now it's getting up in the morning reading the newspaper having a quiet brunch or lunch by yourself and you're in your apartment and then all the daily joys of not having to think about all the things that you had to think of before just make life a lot more comfortable well as I get older I'm looking forward to the pool so and I do my exercises I can do it in that type of environment rather than thinking I have to go climb a mountain someplace you

well I would say it be the friendliness of all the people that joined this community that we had not anticipated it would be so friendly so easy to get to develop deep friends we came here knowing no one and very soon we everybody who was here and lots of people had moved here there were a few of us who came here because her children work had stayed or moved to this area it felt like home pretty soon don't be afraid of making this kind of a lifestyle change its life has lots of stages and this is a very good one and don't say I'm never going to do that it's not an old folks home here it's just a grand place to live swimming pool we've been hoping that for that for the last it's not half years so it is going to come to pass and they are great about taking us by bus to a local Athletic Club but having it here is a treat and also meeting all these next batch of new people who are coming in and hoping that they feel as comfortable in this well accepted as we did as far as the health care I just had an eerie place and I spent two and a half weeks of Briarwood in the help section getting over that and they are such no they're so caring and they do such a good job nursing it and the physical therapy is terrific and you go just down the hall and it's there you don't have to go down in their squad to find the therapist another one of the advantages of being here you
