one of the things i looked at which struck us immediately both my wife and myself was the attitude of the people not only the people who work here and provide services but also the staff and the residents they all provide an attitude of hate we're willing to have service here make it make it an enjoyable place to live so that's the key thing just attitude one of my closest friends came over we did a little bit hiking we sat out on the balcony having lunch on a nice hot day and he looked at the view and said to himself he must have said to himself because he went back and talked to his wife and said everything I've seen so far in terms of the service and the attitude and the view it was just fantastic so they have now joined as a passport member well after living in this house for 30 years I'm happy that I don't have to get up and worry about the yard cleaning the gutters on the roof and doing all the rest of those things that occupy you in a house so now it's getting up in the morning reading the newspaper having a quiet brunch or lunch by yourself and you're in your apartment and then all the daily joys of not having to think about all the things that you had to think of before just make life a lot more comfortable well as I get older I'm looking forward to the pool so and I do my exercises I can do it in that type of environment rather than thinking I have to go climb a mountain someplace you
