Whether needing a little extra help with activities of daily living (ADL’s) a nutritious meal, or loving reassurance, Guardian Angel Homes provides that individualized need specific to you or your loved one.

In addition to the many amenities and services, we create individualized care plans for each of our assisted living residents. This custom care plan is based on a careful assessment conducted by one of our licensed nurses, and identifies all cares, monitoring, and activities of daily living (ADL’s) that will be provided to each resident. Assessments are conducted prior to moving into Guardian Angel Homes, and any time a resident experiences a change of condition.

We are one of the first in the industry to embrace a truly unique approach to Brain Health and wellness by incorporating The Enhance Protocol® into the care of every resident. The Enhance Protocol® is a system of specialized assessments and therapies designed to slow, halt, or even reverse the symptoms of cognitive decline.

Guardian Angel Homes Memory Care provides specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia programs that emphasize dignity and individuality in an appropriate resident-focused setting.

We engage our residents with life enrichment activities and cater to their needs with a supportive atmosphere and special design features that help to reduce stress levels, which in turn minimize behavioral symptoms. Each of our residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory impairment is unique. Therefore, each resident’s care plan is individualized to maximize functional independence by emphasizing the residents’ remaining strengths and abilities.

In addition to our Assisted Living and Memory Care services, Guardian Angel Homes has independent rental apartments available for seniors (55+) who are able to live independently, but appreciate the added security of our community setting.

Renters are more than welcome to join in the scheduled activities and outings at no additional cost. Our spacious apartments include all utilities (electricity, gas, basic cable, water, sewage and garbage). Each apartment is equipped with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove & fireplace. We also provide on-going maintenance for any need that may arise, putting you at ease that all concerns will be handled.
