We understand family members of loved ones with dementia and Alzheimer’s are going through some of the most difficult challenges and changes in their life. Our Community along with our team members and resident-centered care programs, life enrichment activities, and partnerships with health care professionals make Discovery a leader in the Sequim area and a great choice for the families we serve. We strive to keep our residents engaged in life mentally, emotionally and physically. We also encourage our residents’ friends and families to visit and get involved in our Community. With positive reinforcement and a variety of effective programs, our goal is to enrich their lives each day.
