Since we opened our doors in 1991, our mission has been to develop and operate “caring places“, senior care communities that holistically benefit their residents, employees and the communities in which they are located. We create within each care community a compassionate living environment which fosters personal independence, freedom, dignity, privacy, safety, and a sense of well-being.
Hearthside Manor in University Place provides a comfortable, home environment for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and memory loss. We offer down-home cooking and an active life enrichment program, specialized for our residents with dementia. A beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with raised flower beds, patio furniture and cement walkways is always available to our residents. We are located next door to the Fire & Police Stations and across the street from the new library, just off of 37th Street West and Bridgeport Way.
All care needs to be assessed and discussed with the administrator, and laid out in the resident service plan, which will determine the resident’s care rate. This service plan will be updated regularly to reflect current needs.
