We offer both independent or assisted living and one or two bedroom units. You are free to use your own furnishings and decorate as you wish. Each apartment offers a full kitchen with dining space and living room with access to a patio or balcony. Each apartment also includes a full bathroom, large closet and washer/dryer.
The main dining room provides a gathering space for family and friends. In addition, the Town Center, a fitness room, and spa offer opportunities for activities, exercise and enjoyment—all without leaving the building.
Water’s Edge offers everything you need to live comfortably, with the security of having medical care immediately available. The Hayward Area Memorial Hospital, medical clinics, long term care and rehabilitation services are connected through a central hallway.
