Harvest Home Assisted Living is a lovely assisted living community in Howards Grove, Wisconsin. It is within gorgeous Sheboygan County which is part of the Badger State.

Harvest Home is a Christian-based community that not only cares for our residents’ physical and mental welfare, but also for their spiritual welfare. We welcome and encourage local clergy to provide religious services at Harvest Home. We also strive to help our residents maintain their church membership, attend services as they are able, and provide opportunities for Bible study.

The Harvest Home Assisted Living campus features four eight-bed assisted living homes. The community is located on a quiet end of town.

Our Location allows us to create a home-like atmosphere where residents are surrounded by their peers, cared for by professionals and treated with respect, while allowing them to remain as independent as possible.

At Harvest Home, we strive for every resident to feel at home, as they Live with Purpose & Grace. We achieve these goals by having newly built facilities that are practical and cozy that make it easy for our staff to tend to our residents with every and any need. We also find it important to make their experience feel as natural as possible with home-cooked meals, a Christian atmosphere, and daily activities to live with purpose.

Harvest Home consists of experienced staff well-trained in the latest dementia care practices. Daily activities are designed and planned with the residents’ requests, interests and abilities in mind. The intent is to engage positive stimulation for the different stages of dementia.

At Harvest Home we believe everyone should be able to live with purpose, regardless of their age or disease. Our goal is to help people age gracefully and work through the difficult dementia process together.
