Living Oaks is a 24-apartment Residential Care Assisted Living Complex, located on the western edge of the village of Iola, in a scenic, peaceful wooded setting. There is a lovely patio with gazebo, three beautiful four-season rooms and individual patios from which tenants can enjoy the picturesque and quiet surroundings. Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an individual patio.
At a certain time in a seniors life, daily needs of keeping up their home may become too difficult; this includes cooking meals, housekeeping, snow removal, lawn care and home repairs. Many people living alone discover that the tasks of daily living are starting to become more difficult. We customize our level of service care to best fit each tenant's needs.
