Welcome to Park Place Memory Care, a state licensed residence that provides the memory support living option for Park Place Senior Living. Park Place offers engaging activities, the company of peers and a sense of comfort and security seniors may no longer have living at home.

At Park Place Memory Care, we see the whole person, which enables us to deliver individualized services and dignified assistance in a caring and safe environment. All of our staff members receive specialized person-centered training, and our experienced licensed nurses and round-the-clock care staff understand the difficult issues seniors and their families may face.

• Our Nurses are available 24 hours a day and stay in close communication with a resident’s family and physician. They also are available to assess health changes that often can avoid complications or hospitalization.
• We have one of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in Wisconsin assisted living. That means our round-the-clock caregivers are more available to help with a resident’s physical needs and to learn what makes them a unique person
• Our full time Activity Directors make it their priority to learn about each person’s past and present interest to engage them in active living.
