The Rivers is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. With two separate locations, we are able to cater to the resident’s specific needs. Our Albert Street location is dedicated to those residents needing specialized memory care and our Latton Lane location is for those residents with basic assisted living needs. Both locations are in Portage, WI. At The Rivers, we strive to offer a home-like environment with cares focused on each resident’s specific needs and desires.
