Bluff Haven Assisted Living is a 20 bed assisted living apartment building in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. It is designed to allow tenants to live in their own private apartments with the peace of mind that supportive, personal and nursing care is close at hand. When a person can no longer live independently but does not need the skilled services of a nursing home or hospital, assisted living is a perfect option. The atmosphere created makes a sense of a small community and allows people to connect with others.

Each apartment includes:

• Private bath with walk-in showers
• Conveniently located emergency call system
• Individual temperature controls for heat and air conditioning
• Phone and cable hook-ups

Available services Include:

• 24 hour on site CBRF trained staff
• Registered Nurse on staff
• Licensed Nurse consultations and wellness checks
• At least weekly housecleaning services and garbage removal or as needed
• Linen and laundry services
• Daily activities
• Beauty / barber shop
• Nutritious meals served in the dining room
• Access to assistance with health services, transportation, personal care and medication administration if needed
