Pine Haven Christian Communities - Giddings Avenue Campus is a pleasing assisted living community in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. It is within fascinating Sheboygan County which is part of the Badger State.

The south and central wings of our Giddings Avenue Campus form the Pine Haven Residential Center, which is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). There are 86 assisted living rooms, in three different sizes:

• Standard (238 sq. ft.) - floor plan
• Large (316 sq. ft.) - floor plan
• Extra Large (482 sq. ft.) - floor plan

Our Covenant Home can be found in the north wing of our Giddings Avenue Campus. Covenant Home consists of 51 rooms for assisted living with memory care for those with early stages of dementia. Covenant Home is a secured unit, providing residents a safe, contained environment to explore and live.

Our Life Enrichment team is very intentional about the programming we provide. We work to incorporate multiple dimensions of wellness each day which allows us to care for our residence as an individual. This approach has a greater personal impact on the ability of our residents to not only feel at home here but also to thrive. 

We are the only senior facility in Sheboygan County that provides included personalized exercise appointments with a fitness specialist. Our team also consists of an onsite chaplain to provide religious services, Bible studies, personal communion services, as well as emotional support for our residents.

Some of our programming includes: Brain Games, Offsite Trips, Musical entertainment, Bible Studies, Hymn Sings, Baking Activities, Crafts, and of course Bingo.
