In addition to the Basic Services included in the monthly rental rate, there are Optional Supportive Services available for an additional fee. To determine your needs and to create your personalized service and care plan, a comprehensive assessment will be completed by the Registered Nurse prior to your acceptance into Pine Crest Village.

A point system is used to calculate the Optional Supportive Service/s you may need. Each Optional Supportive Service is assigned a point value and the following fee schedule is applied to your monthly rental rate:

Assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting and incontinence
