Park Vista – The Legacy is committed to person centered care for our residents with dementia. The Legacy consists of individual private rooms and bathrooms, common area, dining area, lounge and outdoor patio.
A health assessment will be completed by our nursing staff in order to help determine what activities may require assistance. The health assessment will also determine what any additional assistance charges will be.
