Park Place North is an outstanding assisted living community in Woodville, Wisconsin. It is within likable Saint Croix County which is part of the Badger State.
Assisted Living at Park Place North means being a part of a community that promotes independence. Many people approaching their later years find they need help in their daily routines. This is especially true if they have adult children who live far away and can’t step in to assist.
Adult children also become concerned about a parent living alone who may have an increased need for help. Sometimes, senior adults need assistance. The assistance a senior adult needs may not require the round-the-clock skilled nursing care a nursing home provides yet, their needs cannot be met living on their own.
Park Place North is attached to our skilled nursing facility, Park View Home. This allows Park Place North to provide you with all the services of an assisted living facility at independent living prices. Added features include administered medications, all meals, laundry, and baths. It is our goal at Park Place North to offer you the right blend of services at a reasonable cost.
Park View Community Campus is so very different from other senior living campuses. We thrive on innovative ideas that transcend traditional campus living. In fact, innovation is a common denominator in everything we set out to do. We lead the way in providing high-touch, high-quality residences for senior living in the area, offering three senior living options.
Nursing procedures require the professional skills of a registered or licensed practical nurse. These skills include assessment, conducting treatments, injections, and coordination care. Post-hospital stroke, heart, or orthopedic care is available with related services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dental services, dietary consultation, laboratory and x-ray services, and pharmaceutical dispensary.
Each resident in our facility is under the care of a physician, who visits periodically and is responsible for the patient’s overall plan of care. Once the resident is admitted, the physician writes orders for any necessary medication and plays an important role in the development of the resident care plan, including restorative and rehabilitative procedures, special diets, and other treatments.
Whether you’re thinking about a nursing facility for a relative, a friend, or yourself, we can assist you during this very difficult transition. The type of facility you select depends on the needs of the individual. Your personal physician or social worker are the best qualified to discuss those needs with you.
