We are a dually-certified, fully-licensed skilled nursing facility with 60 nursing beds and 28 private assisted living units. Our dedicated, professional staff provides exceptional senior and rehabilitative care. Our nursing unit includes private rooms.
Maples Health Care offers several levels of care – from private assisted living with in-house nursing, dining and activities programs, to acute skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and in-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
