A Florida native, Amanda spent a few years in the Chicago suburbs before relocating to the Huntsville area in 2004. In her first year in her new market, she sold 77 homes and, in 2009, launched her own brokerage. The rest is history. Howard now focuses on coaching and mentoring her team of innovative Realtors® and giving back to her community through service and leadership roles for dozens of boards and local organizations.

Excellent service from AHRE! The realtor gave me some advice for staging my house (flowers, lighting, etc.). AHRE sent their amazing photographer to take interior/exterior still shots and the 360 degree virtual tour of my house. The photographer even put up the AHRE For Sale sign and the lock box with my key so that people driving by could see my house up for sale immediately. Two days later my house, along with the amazing pictures and the virtual tour were posted on MLS. The whole process couldn't have been easier.
