David Carr is a well-respected and experienced REALTOR®. Having launched his real estate career in 2005, David has worked with countless buyers and sellers in many different price points and locations across the state. With a love for educating and guiding clients as they navigate the real estate market, David considers one of his areas of expertise to be first time homebuyers and sellers.
David attended Tewksbury Memorial High School as well as UMASS Amherst, and has also worked as a Property Management Software Rep. He's active in the community, volunteering with organizations such as the Lancaster Recreation Committee and the Medford Rotary Food Basket program.
While he often focuses in the areas of Merrimack Valley and Nashoba Valley, he's licensed - and happy to work- throughout Massachusetts and has referral partners spanning the United States to assist with relocations.
