Andrea Skavlem

Andrea Skavlem and her family moved to the Black Hills in 2011. A true ‘people’s person’, she strives to help her clients find the right place to feel safe, secure and at home.

Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Andrea lived in North Dakota before coming to our region. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BS in nursing in 2011. She works at a physician’s office and became a licensed broker’s associate in 2015. This allows her naturally compassionate personality to help families attain their home ownership and investment-building goals. Andrea is devoted to helping her clients achieve their dreams and a place to celebrate them.

With a stress-free approach to the home market, Andrea loves working with new home owners to determine their unique needs. The Black Hills offer a wealth of possibilities and Andrea works hard to ensure that each client understands the potential of their new lives in a Kingdom Realty home. She especially loves the chance to interact with people who relocate here from all over the world.

A busy wife and mom to five children, Andrea has been a tireless advocate for foster children for many years. Her husband owns a local lawn maintenance business. Together, they love drives on Sunday through the Hills, classic cars and motorcycles. When she can carve out some quiet time, Andrea can be found reading a great book.
