Legacy Village Assisted Living is a vibrant assisted living community in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is within elegant Benton County which is part of the Natural State.

Legacy Village Assisted Living represents a unique approach to elder care. Our campus is made up of six single -story houses with the look and feel of real homes. Each home, which is staffed 24 hours a day by a trained care team, includes 10 studio apartments (ranging from 325 to 375 square feet) surrounding a common area core. The lifestyle here is anything but institutional!

The assisted living homes at Legacy Village Assisted Living are licensed as Level II Assisted Living by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Office of Long Term Care and must follow strict regulations.

Our assisted living homes share a quiet neighborhood with Legacy Village Garden Homes for independent living and Circle of Life Hospice Home. It’s the kind of neighborhood in which many of our Elders grew up – where they could sit on their front porch or visit one of their neighbors. The need for some assistance with activities of daily living shouldn’t have to change that.

Legacy Village Assisted Living, a non-profit organization, is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care in a setting that is an alternative to traditional assisted living facilities. Our services are delivered in smaller homes by trained staff in a way that respects each elder’s choices, independence, privacy and dignity.
