Canyon Creek is an Arizona State Certified Assisted living home for 10 residents in sunny and safe Gilbert Arizona.  We are owned and managed by a Registered Nurse.  She is supported by a carefully selected well trained English speaking staff of certified caregivers.  Canyon Creek also has one of the highest caregivers to resident ratios in the state!

Our Services

24/7 Care

Rest assured that your loved one will have access to awake caregivers 24 hours a day seven days a week.  We have awake staff at all times to provide care when needed most.  Our caregivers are state certified and receive on-going training and education in Assisted Living & Memory Care

RN on Staff

We have a Registered Nurse on staff to assist with all the care needs of our residents and their families.  Our on staff nurse helps facilitate each residents care needs and provides consistent evaluation and monitoring 

Home Cooked Meals

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are prepared fresh daily and are nutritionally balanced and can accommodate many diet requirements .  Snacks and drinks are available at anytime.  Residents are encouraged to eat with the other residents for the social interaction.

Safety and Security

Our home is equipped with state of the art interior and exterior cameras that provide an additional level of security for our residents, staff and families.  Each resident has a call pendant that is constantly monitored by staff.

Engaging Activities

We engage our residents with stimulating activities that keep them active.  We employ both indoor and outdoor activities that incorporate natural actions that include walks on our paver path and custom garden boxes where we grow seasonal foods.  Residents are encouraged to participate which benefits their care.
