Am Home is owned and operated by a licensed nurse, thus, though assisted living is not a skilled nursing facility- a nursing oversight is a plus especially in the early assessment of acute critical illness, a change in condition, monitoring of chronic illnesses, management of behavioral and physical problem, medication management as well as provision of in-service for staff relevant to the needs of the residents.
