Aging Gracefully Care Home is the ideal solution for seniors who value their independence, yet need some assistance with the daily activities of living. Our staff is available 24-hours a day for help with bathing, dressing, transport, medication reminders and administration and other daily activities. This alleviates the stress of day-to-day chores and gives residents more time to enjoy themselves. We offer three meals per day which include a made-to-order breakfast and a variety of pre-planned nutritional lunch and dinner menus. Some of our activities include bingo, live music, movie & popcorn night and games to stimulate the mind.
Our caregivers average 16 years of experience and are truly passionate about providing quality care. They are trained to uphold our resident-centered principles designed to meet the needs of today's seniors and ensure they are treated with respect.

We believe it is our job to promote quality of life for seniors and their families by providing a customized service plan tailored to each individual resident's needs. We also strive to provide the little things that go a long way – smiles, hugs, a helping hand and a listening ear.
- We are licensed to provide directed, personal and supervisory care services.
- Directed care services: Programs and services, including personal care services, provided to persons who are incapable of recognizing danger, summoning assistance, expressing need or making basic care decisions.
- Personal care services: Assistance with activities of daily living that can be performed by persons w/o professional skills or professional training and includes coordination or provision of intermittent nursing services and the administration of medications and treatments by a licensed nurse.
- Supervisory care services: General supervision, including daily awareness of resident functioning and continuing needs, the ability to intervene in a crisis and assistance in the self-administration of prescribed medications.
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's)
- ADLs include dressing, eating, mobility, hygiene and grooming, bathing, toileting
