Arizona Community Assisted Living is a quaint assisted living community in Mesa, Arizona. It is within fantastic Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.
At Arizona Community Assisted Living Home (AZCALH), we provide care for individuals from independent living to directed care. As with many other assisted-living homes we have medical experience. We also have additional experience in managing G.I./Liver diseases, Diabetes, Narcotic management and Psychiatric/Mental illness.
AZCALH opened in 2016, after we had been helping an acquaintance with his care for the past six years in our own home. His family was unable to care for him and he had no funds to provide towards his daily or health care needs. This is what helped us find our passion and the decision to open a facility that would provide quality, yet affordable care.
We understand that many elderly or disabled individuals that require assistance with daily living activities prefer to stay at their own home. At AZCALH, we stride to provide a home-like environment for residence. At the same time promoting independence for each of them.

Our goal is to ensure that your loved ones receive the care that they need and provide you and your family the comfort of knowing that we offer the services necessary in preserving the highest level of independence as safely as possible, while receiving assistance with necessary daily activities.
Our mission is to provide a family oriented, home-like experience for all residents at an affordable price. We encourage a healthy lifestyle, safety, optimal quality of life and independence. We want to provide support not only to our residents, but their families, as well.
We respect the individuality of each Resident and aim to accommodate each person’s preferences and assess current needs. Our Certified Manager and Director of Care Coordination take time to work with you, your family, and your physician to understand your unique needs and goals to develop a personalized care plan. Our Certified Manager and Director of Care Coordination work collaboratively with Primary Care Physicians and other Physicians involved in your loved ones care.
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
Our home is licensed to provide all three levels of care: Supervisory, Personal and Directed. The range of services are provided by our trained and compassionate caregivers according to your loved ones service plan and if at any time increasing needs in a particular area is needed, it will be provided to ensure consistency in lifestyle and comfort.
We offer assistance with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) such as eating, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting and walking. As well as, housekeeping, laundry services, medication management and administration. We serve delicious, flavorful home cooked meals and snacks. We encourage our residents to participate in exercise, social and recreational activities including daily activities and entertainment.
We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We specialize in care and daily living assistance whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.
