Ideal Assisted Living is a peaceful assisted living community in Mesa, Arizona. It is within dynamic Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.
Our home is your home. Our model for assisted living is unique. As bigger and bigger facilities pop-up with within our communities, we have chosen to go the opposite direction and open smaller homes with personalized care where residents and family members can be confident our resident to caregiver ratio is what we say and stays small and personal. All the benefits of home with all the professionalism of a larger facility.
Residents have fully furnished rooms round the clock care, meals, and daily activities.
Ideal Assisted Living is run and operated by a Registered Nurse with experience in Hospice (end of life treatment) and memory care.
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Ideal Assisted Living provides the support that retirees and their families require, including Medication Monitoring services, which we are more than happy to offer.
The later years of life can be especially challenging, but we at Ideal Assisted Living are here to help. At Ideal Assisted Living, we listen to the needs of our residents and their families to understand potential limitations and discuss solutions in order to create personalized care for each Resident.
Our vision was very clear, we wanted our assisted living homes to be 'IDEAL' for our residents and caregivers. We came up with the following criteria:
- Small, single-family homes in residential neighborhoods where we could have community involvement in the homes.
- No more than 5-6 residents per house.
- Highly trained caregivers certified with the state and trained with ongoing classes to increase their level of skill.
- Never more than a 5-1 resident to caregiver ratio.
- Excellent care provided by loving individuals with a passion for caring for the elderly.
- Personalized care plans that consisted of more than just medicating our elderly.
- Interactive environments for residents with communities and families.
- Activities in each home that provide connection, maintain quality of life and promote overall wellbeing of residents and staff.
- Better healthier food and menu options for residents where residents can provide suggestions and choose meals more to their liking.
- Most importantly, a home for elderly loved ones where family members are able to trust their loved ones are treated as they would treat them if they were still able to care for them at home.
Our Home is intended to be your Home. Each of our Residents has a private room with a recliner, TV, cable and 24/7 live in caregivers.
Daily activities are planned so there’s always something exciting to look forward to in the day. It’s just one of the things that sets our Home apart from others. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying the comfort of home.
Many of our Residents require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. We provide complimentary and customizable 24/7 Care plans for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home while maintaining the independence and dignity of our Residents safely.
