[Music] we have to Brittani spaniels to two pets here we're able to let them out the back door and they made the transition just as easy as we did it sure is easy for people and pets to make the transition to splendido we offer a variety of programs and services to try to make that experience as easy and comfortable as possible we're there every step of the way they have Terrace homes which are more like apartment style homes and they also have villa homes the villa homes our patio style homes there's two per Section they share one community wall each has a two-car garage as its own little yard so it's kind of a more long the single-family home that many people are accustomed to downsizing we're just moving truly can be a daunting task so we have a team available at splendido and they have moved hundreds of people to splendido they are the professionals we will have our interior designer come to your home and help you sort through what you're going to take to splendido she will help you space plans so the day you move to splendido you know where every piece of furniture is going every piece of art is going she's going to direct your movers she's going to help you she's gonna make sure you have dinner reservations or home delivered meals that day she is there to help make sure there's those boxes are unpacked and they magically disappear it's better to be five minutes too early than five minutes too late the number one thing we hear them say is they wish they had done this sooner you
