Olive Branch Home Care is a quaint assisted living community in Sierra Vista, Arizona. It is within picturesque Cochise County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.
Our facility can accommodate six residents. Our professional care staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of each resident to ensure that they are safe and healthy. We provide services that are personalized for each of the individuals we care for. Olive Branch Assisted Living would love to help you look after the overall welfare of your loved one.
We provide all day staff, nutritious meals, health monitoring and much more to meet resident's needs. We strive for a safe, fun, and engaging environment and provide social and community services, planned activities, and transportation services, so resident remain active in the community.
As a home care agency, we strive to identify those needs and services required to provide a level of care specific to each resident. Needs are determined by communication with family and are reviewed by staff to ensure the best care for our residents.
The facility is staffed 24 hours a day to provide Supervisory, Personal and Direct Care services. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living implemented per individual Service Care Plan. Diabetic Care Services provided per direction of PCP, if needed. Call alarms and a monitoring system are in place to alert the staff during night time hours to meet the resident’s needs.
All residents are encouraged to continue with social and community activities. Facility activities are offered twice daily.
