Built from the ground up with the needs of seniors in mind, our home offers a safe and secure environment where up to six ambulatory or non-ambulatory residents can enjoy healthy living, delicious home-cooked meals and engaging social activities along with personalized care. Our compassionate staff has years of training and experience in caregiving, ensuring that each resident receives individual attention and encouragement to take advantage of our amenities.

As California's senior population has grown, so has the need for high quality home-based options that offer superb personalized care, social activities and healthy living. We created Alamo Villa with this need in mind.

Alamo Villa is a nurturing community providing exceptional care and comfort for up to six senior ambulatory or non-ambulatory residents in a beautiful, safe and secure home-based environment, around the clock. Unlike large assisted living facilities, we engage with our residents throughout the day and night as needed, monitoring for changes and ensuring their needs are always being met. Alamo Villa's staff has extensive training and experience providing care for the elderly with a wide range of medical histories. Our founders Eli and Diane live at Alamo Villa and have been certified as facility administrators and caregivers for many years.

We believe life should be enjoyed to the fullest at any age, and we work hard to provide our residents with excellent amenities and individualized attention while encouraging their independence. Our home reflects a cheerful American and European lifestyle -- fresh, healthy meals, sparking clean rooms, engaging conversation, walks in the garden, a variety of social activities, and a helping hand whenever it's needed.

We offer six beautiful, fully furnished single bedrooms, each with a bathroom, closet, personal safe, Smart TV, wifi and personal call system. Our bedrooms have lovely garden views and direct access to outdoor decks and ramps. Residents are encouraged to personalize their bedroom decorations and can use their own bedroom furniture if they prefer.

All bathrooms have heated floors for added comfort, and our quiet heating and cooling system includes special filtration units that eliminate 99.9% of all airborne germs. Every room is kept sparkling clean, and the opening skylights and windows throughout Alamo Villa ensure great natural light and fresh, clean air every day.

Our spacious common room, decks, patios and gardens provide space for enjoying music and other entertainment, social activities and private conversation in a peaceful environment. Alamo Villa is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in the Bay Area. And unlike most care homes, our entire property is walled and gated for added peace of mind.

Our care home is conveniently located just minutes from three hospitals, a BART station and two major freeways. And for our residents' visitors, nearby Round Hill Country Club and Livorna Park offer golf, tennis, volleyball and children's play areas.

At Alamo Villa, food is life. In fact our co-owner was trained as a chef in Europe, and residents regularly enjoy his talents at mealtimes!

Fresh, delicious meals invite social interaction and are essential for health. That's why the menus we create are developed with variety, taste and texture in mind. Every meal is prepared with fresh ingredients, often with fruits and vegetables from our garden, and can be tailored to residents needing softer foods or those on physician-required low sodium, low sugar, low fat or gluten-free diets.

Our residents enjoy three nutritious meals a day served in our light-filled dining room and delicious snacks between meals in our common area.
