As you know, not all Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) are the same. Our family owns and operates Nellie's Angels, which consists of Nellie, her sister, mother, brother, and spouses, who jointly administer our facility and provide care 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
