Grateful Heart Home Care

Grateful Heart Home Care is a licensed board-and-care facility certified to serve individuals aged 60 years and older. We are licensed to care for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals. Our goal is to provide the best home care for your loved one. We focus on a positive and loving environment between our residents and our staff.

Our board-and-care facility is newly remodeled with the following amenities:

• Spacious bedrooms, with choice of either private and semi-private rooms
• Large bathrooms able to accommodate any handicap or physical limitation needs
• Modern home furnishings
• Activity and Recreation room
• Home theater equipped with state-of-the-art sound system and movie theater seats
• Large backyard space to encourage physical outdoor activity
• Organic fruit and vegetable garden

SERVICES

• Homemade Healthy Meals 3 times a day, including snacks
• Personal Care needs including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting needs
• Management of all medication and health care needs
• Oversight of any physical, mental, emotional and social well being changes
• Arrangements for home physical, occupational, or speech therapy services through your physician to maintain or improve current level of function
• On-site arrangements for beautician service
• Laundry and housekeeping services
• Transportation arrangements to medical and/or dental appointments
• Promotion of mental and physical well-being through recreational activities such as music, art, aromatherapy, meditation, and physical indoor and outdoor activities
