Lafayette Care Home is a splendid assisted living community in Lafayette, California. It is within fantastic Contra Costa County which is part of the Golden State.
Our goal is to provide senior care including Alzheimer care in a home atmosphere. In addition to meals, medication assistance, bathing, laundry and cleaning, we monitor closely a senior's medical progress. In many instances, we accompany our seniors to their doctors to ensure the exchange of accurate information. We provide love and security as an extension of your family. This our definition of caring for the elderly.
We take our seniors on outings when possible; such as mall shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and museums. We have visited places such as the Oakland and De Young museums, the USS Hornet, Academy of Sciences and Muir Woods. We also have a 30 foot motorhome that we use for outings.
