Seaside Terrace II

Seaside Terrace II is a vibrant assisted living community in Laguna Niguel, California. It is within colorful Orange County which is part of the Golden State.

Seaside Terrace homes are residential care facilities for the elderly located in Dana Point, Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel. The services we offer include a combination of housing, non-medical health care and personalized support services in a non-institutional setting. The idea of having a different level of care including but not limited to mild cognitive impairment is intended to act in response to the needs of seniors who require assistance with certain activities of daily living, yet do not necessarily require the care provided by a skilled nursing facility. In some cases, hospice care is acceptable.

Our Residential Care for Elderly (RCFE) facilites offer care and supervision and provides assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, medications, and meal preparation. Although an RCFE does not provide daily on-site medical specialists, these services can be contracted on an individual basis and rendered at the facility.

Seasideterrace provides a minimum of one staff member for every three residents. Additional staff members are available depending on the needs of the residents.
