Covenant Care was founded in 1994 by healthcare industry professionals who wanted to create a company that would exceed customer expectations through quality care. Covenant Care is a post-acute provider of services, mainly Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health and outpatient therapy. Skilled Nursing is a licensure, and post-acute describes an array of services downstream from an Acute Care Hospital. Facilities that participate in either Medicare or Medicaid must meet the National Fire Protection Association Life Safety Code and federal regulations for long-term care facilities.
