Lake Wildwood Manor is in its 22nd year of caring for seniors with dementia and terminal illness in our community. Our reputation of providing excellent care and promoting dignity and self-worth, ultimately improves the lives of senior adults and their families. We are dedicated to fulfilling the hearts and spirits of our residents—who have given us unconditional love—so they can experience peace, love, and joy.
We welcome each resident as a friend and member of our inspiring family environment filled with love, smiles, songs, and laughter to promote self-esteem and a happier, healthier life. Three healthy, home-cooked meals are served daily, with snacks and specialized diets.
We have individualized “Resident Plan of Care” and regular observations for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning, with input from geriatric professionals. 24-hour dignified care and supervision ensure senior adults receive attention, affection and appreciation they deserve which inspire them to love life to the fullest. In addition, we promote individual independence as senior adults continue their hobbies and activities to inspire confidence and pride. Families are encouraged to participate as often as possible.
