Eden Villa Pleasanton opened its doors in July 1999 and is licensed by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. We are located in the vibrant city of Pleasanton, California, home to 71,000 residents. Pleasanton is situated in the heart of the Tri-Valley, and in close proximity to San Francisco and San Jose. The city of Pleasanton boasts many amenities including the historic downtown area, filled with unique shops and restaurants. It’s centralized location allows us to provide exciting activities such as visiting local restaurants, going to the movies and visiting wineries and museums. We also have parties throughout the year for our major holidays and invite families and friends to join in the festivities. Residents become a part of our extended family in many ways.

Eden Villa Pleasanton’s rent is considered “all-inclusive” at a flat rate. This rate is provided to the resident or responsible party once an assessment is completed.

The facility is staffed with trained, compassionate caregivers and medication technicians. Each caregiver goes through proper training and procedures to help you or your loved one. They go the extra mile to ensure you or your loved one is not just healthy but happy.

We also provide feedback to responsible parties, informing them of their loved ones’ needs and health status and we also notify the residents’ physician(s) on the condition of their patient when changes occur. Although we are a non-medical community, we do frequent assessments on our residents’ health and condition to ensure a complete care plan.
