AVENIDA CARE VILLA is an Assisted Living Facility, known as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) a Retirement Home, Nursing Home, Elderly Care, or Independent Living Facility. We are a non-medical facility, regulated by California’s Title 22, as a housing arrangement for seniors.
We are a home-based facility which provides personal care assistance to persons 60 and older who are unable to safely live on their own but do not need 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Avenida Care Villa – Assisted Living is a 24-hour supervision and assistance service. Our inclusive facility provides a combination of personal care & housing services to individuals needing assistance with activities of daily living. We also provide opportunities for independent living for seniors who only need a care home with minor home care services. Services are provided in a way which promotes independence, maximizes resident’s dignity, autonomy, sense of privacy, security, family & community involvement.
Our non-medical assisted facility caters to seniors living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of neurocognitive impairment. We also cater to hospice patients who needs more than just home care services. Seniors who do not want to live in a nursing home or in a large senior apartment will find comfort & assurance care at our small facility.
Each resident receives individualized services to help him/her function within our assisted living community. Our senior housing is dedicated to providing “quality service” in a unique care home setting.
