come on insight this is one of our most comfortable rooms here as well it's the TV room and office this is my husband Theo welcome another room that is actually very bright that was one of the beautiful things where we saw this house it was just so airy and bright this is our kitchen we have granite tops everything is light and bright it's a very beautiful very airy kitchen the second bedroom is on this side here if is also used as a guest room and now comes the master bedroom again a very bright and light room the wonderful size this is the second bathroom this one has a walk-in shower and again a lot of light the nice part is all the bathrooms in those which is a great feature as well the location of it where it sits in the village is great we have our little private cul-de-sac which makes it nice and I love being on one floor Manny and Dina love the one floor so we'd have to climb stairs anymore welcome to help the view the village thanks for visiting [Music]

hi I'm Shirley Balthazar and this is my husband Bill and we're going to talk to you about why we made this decision to come to ulta Vita and how we enjoy being here we've been here a little over a year and we moved from a house where we live for over 30 years in central California one day I had an epiphany and that epiphany was when I was in a rainstorm upon a six-foot ladder and cleaning gutters and almost slipped and fell and I said myself why am I doing this and I realized that this is not what I should be doing at my age and so we looked at why we wanted to be at all tabita and it was really because of all the amenities at Alta Dena offers us for me it was that relieve the burden of home ownership not having to do the maintenance the landscaping and we have housekeeping and more importantly it was the fact that there's such an active lifestyle here and while we're here and young we participate in many of the activities here I golf I swam and I join clubs such as the photography club the ipad club we have a computer center and just when we want to travel we travel and we're not worried about our home being secure and also that our pets are taken care of when we decided to come here the first thing we did was talk to her daughter about it and she wanted us to move in with her when the time came but we had been through some stressful times with our own parents and we wouldn't have done anything differently but we didn't want that for her so we felt like we were giving her a gift the other thing is that we want to make sure that the other person was taken care of if something happened to ourselves so um we came and we visited several times and each time we notice that people were very very friendly the staff was so respectful of the people they served you could tell that they love their jobs and for the residents they would come up to us and introduce themselves at lunch or at dinner in one evening they even invited us into their homes they were such gracious people and they serve great food and so when we moved in we found out that was not unusual people were just very gracious here so we have not regretted one minute our decision to be here in the year and I don't know how many months that we've been here we love all tabita thanks
