Partners N' Care is an active assisted living community in Riverside, California. It is within bustling Riverside County which is part of the Golden State.

Partners N' Care is a family-owned residential care facility for the elderly. The services we offer include a combination of housing, non-medical health care and personalized support services in a non-institutional setting.

We offer different levels of care, including but not limited to cognitive impairment, respite care, and hospice care. Our care home is intended to act in response to the needs of seniors who require assistance with certain activities of daily living; yet, does not necessarily require the care provided by a skilled nursing facility.

We are proud to say our experience in caring for the elderly extends to over a decade and two generations. We love what we do and our current and former clients would gladly attest to the quality of our services.

We offer a full range of flexible, highly personalized, compassionate care:

• Nutritional Needs: Prepare and monitor balanced-meal intakes, snacks as well as special dietary need needs.
• Bathing Assistance: Assistance ranges from stand-by for safety to bathing those who are unable.
• Grooming and Dressing: Services related to personal hygiene and dressing.
• Incontinent Care: Monitor incontinence and 24-hour assistance.
• Medication Management: Store, document, dispense, assist and order medicine for residents.
• Emergency Response: Available 24-hours to respond to emergency calls.
• Laundry and Housekeeping: Daily laundry, room cleaning and housekeeping.
• Social Activities and Recreation: We plan activities and recreation based on the interests and preferences of our residents. Activities are carefully scheduled to accommodate and enable them to participate as often as they wish. Some of the activities include day trips, music time, exercise classes, theme parties and social hours for bingo, board games, group discussions, arts and crafts, and more.
• Special Services: Provide opportunities for socialization, physical conditioning and community involvement. Transportation and other special services also offered.

We understand each resident will have different needs in varying degree. We work with the residents, their families, and medical providers to meet their needs especially during transition from their old environment. We strive to make it easier and comfortable until they feel at home; yet, we never stop working to adjust to their changing needs.
