Gramercy Court Nursing, Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living focuses primarily on post-hospitalization transitional care. Our greatest success is the ability to help patients recover and discharge back to home or to a lower level of care! We employ our own therapists and operate a large, fully contained therapy unit. Together, with our nursing staff, our goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of functional independence.

We are licensed by both the California State Department of Health and the Federal Government. As such, our staff provides 24-hour-a-day nursing care and supervision to our patients. These services include assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, ambulation, etc.), feeding or assistance with meals, giving of medications, treatments, etc. The level of services provided to an individual patient can vary greatly depending on that patient’s needs.

While many healthcare institutions hire outside catering companies, Gramercy Court Nursing, Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living is proud to produce 100 percent of our meals independently and internally. Whether you’re enjoying our “Special of the Day” or an item off of our “Select Menu,” our meals are freshly made and leftovers are never served.

Licensed nursing staff members are on duty 24 hours a day and work with a team of trained nursing assistants in providing the nursing care for our patients.

The dedicated employees at Gramercy Court make it possible for us to establish and maintain the high standards for which we strive. Every employee, regardless of their job title, plays an important role within the facility.

At Gramercy Court, we strive to hire and retain the most qualified employees available. We verify and maintain all employee licenses. Ongoing training and education classes are provided to employees on a weekly basis to help improve the staff members’ knowledge and training. In-services are run on an ongoing basis, requiring employees to demonstrate that they have a practical and working knowledge of the skills required to perform their duties.
