We are a newly constructed, award winning, assisted living community that has been designed specifically with seniors in mind. We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a team of dedicated and caring professionals. Retirement Living at The Avenue was specifically designed for healthy active seniors who are seeking to escape the mundane responsibilities of independent living so they may better enjoy their golden years. The Avenue offers apartment living in a tranquil setting where one is released from the tedious tasks of house cleaning, daily cooking and grocery shopping, and yard work.  Yet, in the event of an emergency, our skilled staff is available 24 hours of the day to respond.

The Assisted Living and Health Services Programs are coordinated and supervised by a Licensed Nurse.

The Avenue can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, ‘round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living.

Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, planned activities and scheduled transportation.

The Avenue is also proud to introduce the Promenade to San Franciscans; two distinct floors staffed and supervised 24 hours a day dedicated exclusively to a unique and specialized memory support program, which has been designed specially for those residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Families can have peace of mind knowing that the 24-hour staff and technologically advanced emergency systems will provide a secure environment for all residents.

But NOW, The Promenade at the Avenue offers a unique residential care program for those afflicted with dementia and related conditions.
