The Glorian Manor is a 6 bed Residential Care Home for Elderly located in a very nice, quiet and mature neighborhood, surrounded by Los Gatos mountains, close to hospitals, churches, shopping centers and parks.
The Administrative team consists of two Registered Nurses. Quality of care and attention to detail are our primary concern.
As Registered Nurses we anticipate the needs of our residents and plan ahead for their care. The care we provide allows each resident a safe and healthy environment to enjoy the highest quality of life.
The Glorian Manor has been serving the community since 1999. It is run by professional and caring staff, dedicated to the health and welfare of it's residents. Our specialty is providing a home-like family atmosphere, that encourages independence and is supportive of individual daily needs.
Our goal is to provide the best possible care and enhance the quality of life. Sensitivity to individual needs is of prime importance and is our motivating force in the way we provide care.Our focus is to build self-esteem, encourage independence and maintain the dignity of all those with whom we come in contact.
Our philosophy is to provide a climate that enables us to demonstrate compassion and accountability on a continual basis. The care we provide is customized to each residents individual needs. We work hand in hand with the resident and their families to provide the highest quality of care. Listening to the details and anticipating the residents care, has given our carehome the highest reputation in the community.
Our goal is to provide a well rounded living experience for everyone living in our home. All residents are encourage to attend and the level of interest is customized for each individual. Our activities are provided daily usually after lunch, some of the activities are as follows.

Basic Services

- Assistance with taking prescribed medications
- Regular observation of the resident's physical and mental condition.
- Routine monitoring to assess condition.
- Immediate notification of change of condition to family & physician.
- Arrangement to meet health needs, for physician & dental appointments
- Planned activity program which includes social, physical, recreational, educational and spiritual activities.
- Bedside care for minor temporary illness
- Notification of family and other appropriate persons, of residents needs.
