Chardonnay Hills Care Home specializes as a residential care facility for the elderly dedicated to providing a comfortable, caring and supervised living arrangement in a family home setting that promotes a feeling of security, independence, and peace of mind.

We offer a full range of outstanding care support for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents according to the specific residents needs.

Our care staff is trained in the techniques of personal care services. in addition, they also undergo training in the aging process and the special needs of elderly care. Our care staff is trained in first aid and have undergone fingerprinting and clearance by the FBI and the California department of justice. With a ratio of one staff member for every two to three residents, our care staff is able to provide a highly personalized level of care tailored to each resident’s specific needs.
