Help is always available 24/7.  There is always someone available to help during daytime and in the middle of the night. Our staff often checks on our residents to monitor their condition and to see if they need to be changed.

For residents who are bedridden and unable to communicate  we check them often to see if their diaper and/or clothing needs to be changed.  This is to avoid skin breakdown and irritation.  A doctor prescribed Catheter usage is also beneficial. It reduces chance of skin breakdown and irritation. It also keeps your loved one from often going to the bathroom which can be a lot of effort on their part.

We give our residents daily shower if required or every other day using mild soap, conditioner and shampoo otherwise instructed by doctor. Our showers are very thorough so hard to reach places like under the skin folds are properly rinsed of bacteria and smelling good. A shower chair is normally used in our spacious walk-in shower room that is equipped with handle rails for added safety.

We do their hair daily to look their best and boost confidence.

We change their clothes at minimum once a day or whenever needed so they feel fresh and to avoid skin breakdown that can lead to other problems.

We replace these fabrics on a regular basis or as needed to keep their bed smelling fresh and clean. This can also prevent skin irritation and skin itching.

We make sure their nails don't grow long to prevent bacteria buildup under the nails.

One less thing you and your loved ones will have to worry about. Our staff is trained to give their meds at specific times or as needed. We also alert you when they are running low on their meds.

There are many types of activities that help maintain and improve the cognitive skills of elderly individuals. These include everyday activities, puzzles, crafts, and games.
